1.1
The warranty for products only covers original manufacturing defects and not defects that occur in connection with or after modification of the product’s function and appearance, such as a conversion, upgrade or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is your certificate of warranty. Different products have different warranty periods. Read more below about what applies to your product. Warranties for our various vehicles apply only if all service, maintenance and repairs required by the user manual and service schedule are carried out by a repair shop and a receipt is issued.

1.2
Your right to give notice of nonconformity covers products that are defective under existing consumer protection legislation. Customers who want to assert defects in products ordered must contact us as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered via the contact details given on the website. Notices of nonconformity given within two months of the time at which you discovered the defect are always deemed to have been submitted on time. You have a three-year right to give notice of nonconformity for products purchased on the website. You should always give notice of nonconformity as soon as possible to be certain that you will not forfeit your rights.

1.3
We always pay the return carriage for notices of nonconformity that are accepted.

1.4

When a product has been returned and the notice of nonconformity has been accepted, we will compensate you under the terms of existing consumer protection legislation. Our aim is to do this within 30 days of receipt of the notice of nonconformity, but it may take longer, depending on the type of product. We reserve the right to reject a notice of nonconformity if it turns out that the product is not defective under the terms of existing consumer protection legislation. In the event of notices of nonconformity, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes (www.arn.se). More information is available at www.konsumentverket.se.

1.5
Warranties for our various vehicles apply only if all service, maintenance and repairs required by the user manual and service schedule are carried out by a repair shop and a receipt is issued.

1.6
We pay the cost of repairs of approved warranty faults. You should always contact our customer service department first in the event of a warranty fault. The repair shop where you take your vehicle must contact us before carrying out any repair. We do not pay the cost of repairs carried out without our approval. You are responsible for finding a local repair shop and booking your vehicle in. You are also responsible for taking your vehicle to a repair shop for repair and for collecting it afterwards.

1.7

We provide a two-year warranty on our motor vehicles, for example mopeds, motorcycles and quad bikes. Please note that the warranty for batteries is one year. Read more below. The two-year warranty we provide covers manufacturing defects. Warranty defects do not include running-in or adjustment measures that may be required for installation or in connection with service, nor wear on consumables such as batteries, tyres, brake linings, wires, lamps or other normal wear.

A battery is a consumable and is subject to a one-year warranty. To ensure that a battery has the maximum service life, it is important to follow the maintenance advice. Don’t forget that a battery needs maintenance charging if the vehicle is not driven regularly or if you drive less than 10 km each time you start the vehicle.

Accessories are subject to a one-year warranty.

Spare parts are subject to a one-year warranty, with the exception of wear parts and repair shop labour, which are subject to a three-month warranty. The warranty for batteries is three months, except batteries for e-bikes, which have a one-year warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the product, incorrect installation/adjustment/settings or inadequate maintenance and service.
  2. If a vehicle has been tuned up, if parts have been modified from their original design or if parts other than original parts have been used.
  3. Vehicles used commercially.
